Responsibilities

  • Providing front desk services
  • Managing administrative tasks
  •  Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  •  Handling inbound calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and performing general office duties. 
  •  Coordinate communication/activities between different departments and employees and also assist the HR Manager with administrative/support work.


Eligible Candidate Must Possess:
1. HND.
2. 2+ years experience in front desk duties, administrative assistance, personal assistance, office
management, etc.
3. Strong personality.

4. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
