Job description
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience for clients, guests, and staff.
Answering and Directing Calls: Managing incoming phone calls, screening and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Managing Appointments and Schedules: Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and bookings, ensuring proper coordination.
Handling Correspondence: Receiving and distributing mail, emails, and packages, and ensuring that documents are routed to the correct parties.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Managing office inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the front desk area is tidy and well-stocked.
Basic Administrative Tasks: Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, resolving minor issues, and providing helpful information to visitors and staff.
