JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Responsibilities
- Keeping daily logs & records of all maintenance functions.
- Seek an experienced R&A Technician to join our Maintenance Department.
- Ventilate equipment control making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standard and with health and safety acts.
- Processing and completing work orders.
- Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units
- Clean blowers & coils, check tension of belts and motors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience
- Minimum of SSGCE Certificate
- Certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
- Knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- 2+ years of RAC experience.
- Technical certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (e.g., HVAC, R-410A).
- Experience in hospitality or commercial R&A maintenance.
- Ability to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Other relevant Certificates are added advantage.
