What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and/or Food Engineering
Must have managed significant experience quality control process, FSSC 22000 food safety management system and laboratory management experience for 5+ years
5+ years of Laboratory Management
Experience in quality, food safety and laboratory management and audits
Experience in leading quality improvement project management
Fluent English is a requirement
Knowledge of Turkish food codex and regulatory of alcoholic beverages and production are both important and significant advantages
Experience in team management +5 years

Analytical Skills: Experience in evaluation of major quality project management and capex investments. The ability numerical and statistical analysis and problem-solving ability.
Communication skills: Strong communication and influencing skills are required to support effective working at all levels. The ability to inspire and motivate people across Quality Technical and Innovation team.
