Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sectional Title Property Manager at Stonewood Property Management in City of Cape Town. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of sectional title properties, handling tenant relations, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.
Qualifications
• Property Management, Real Estate, and Facilities Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sectional title property regulations and compliance
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with WeConnectU property management software is essential.
