Key Responsibilities:
- Manage driver support projects, ensuring all project stages are completed on time and within budget.
- Define and monitor key metrics in English to evaluate project performance and success.
- Address issues promptly and optimize processes as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings, prepare project progress reports, and support the team in adapting to changes.
- Maintain project documentation using spreadsheets and other tools to track status and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in the support field, preferably involving driver interactions.
- Proven project management experience.
- Proficiency in English at a high level.
- Experience working with metrics and spreadsheets for progress tracking and analysis.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
