Project Manager
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between our customers and development team. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. You'll coordinate closely with both external stakeholders and internal teams to turn ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are understood and managed effectively.
▪ Collaborate with the development team to allocate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
▪ Plan and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (preferably ClickUp).
▪ Facilitate regular communication and updates between stakeholders and developers.
▪ Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
▪ Document project progress, decisions, and lessons learned
▪ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
▪ Maintain regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
▪ Facilitate effective communication among team members and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and objectives
▪ Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders as required
▪ Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and capturing feedback for improvement
▪ Assist in coordinating and organizing project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
▪ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective teamwork and knowledge sharing
▪ Use and continually develop leadership skills
Qualifications:
▪ Proven experience in project management within the software development industry.
▪ Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
▪ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
▪ Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is an advantage.
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred but not required
▪ Knowledge of software development concepts and terminology
▪ Basic understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes
▪ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
