Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear understanding and effective management of their needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the development team to assign tasks, track progress, and address any challenges.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (preferably ClickUp).
- Maintain consistent communication between stakeholders and developers, ensuring timely updates.
- Identify potential risks and take proactive steps to implement mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Document project updates, decisions, and key takeaways.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Regularly communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Promote effective communication within the team, ensuring alignment on project objectives and goals.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback for improvements.
- Support the organization of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously develop leadership abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience in the software development industry.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of software development concepts and terminology.
- Basic knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
