Work with services team to develop a detailed deployment plan with clear and attainable project objectives and timelines
Execute Project Kickoff Meetings with client and deployment resources
Accurately track deployment services hours, ensuring that the hours are in scope and addressing fluctuations as they arise
Lead periodic status meetings and/or ad-hoc technical meetings as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Manage client requests and set proper expectations
Obtain, coordinate and manage project resources including deployment engineers’ time as allocated to the project.
Upon project completion, conduct internal Sales to Support transition meetings
Follow up with clients to ensure customers are satisfied with the product and implementation process; provide feedback to sales and account teams
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management required, preferably in client-facing engagements. Experience in managing projects in a software environment is strongly preferred.
Certification Requirements: PMI, PMP or other Project Management methodology preferred
Strong verbal, written, organizational and problem-solving skills
Project management skills and the ability to influence others to achieve project goals and timelines
