JOB DESCRIPTION
What You’ll Do
- Act as the central point of coordination for AI-related projects
- Bring structure to unstructured processes - without being overly rigid
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep work aligned and on track - Create and manage project trackers, timelines, communication channels, and documentation
- Develop lightweight workflows that support rapid iteration and evolving priorities
- Proactively identify blockers and help resolve cross-functional friction
- Facilitate smooth collaboration across engineering & research
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Programme or Project Manager with a background in AI startups or fast-paced tech environments
- Able to operate independently and iteratively – building just enough structure to enable progress
- Comfortable working across multiple work styles and adapting your approach based on feedback
- Excited to work on a team where no two days are the same, and priorities can shift quickly
- Highly organized with a knack for simplifying complex workstreams
- Excellent communicator, able to align stakeholders and maintain project momentum
- Familiarity working with technical teams – you don’t need to code, but you should understand the basics of AI/engineering workflows
Bonus: Experience working in both startups and larger organizations, with a strong understanding of how each operates.
