JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Warehouse Operations: Manage the daily business of the finished product warehouse, including overseeing system service plans, docking processes, and team management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Warehouse Inspections and Assessments: Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse area to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Evaluate and assess the performance of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate collaboration among various teams within the warehouse, including vehicle teams, receiving, shipping, and data teams. Ensure that daily work tasks are completed as planned and that teams work cohesively towards shared objectives.
  • Communication and Consultation: Facilitate communication between foreign-related departments and internal teams. Maintain daily information exchange and coordination with departments such as customs clearance, personnel, safety, production workshops, temperature control, and planning to ensure the timely flow of information.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze and summarize any abnormal issues or challenges in the warehouse. Collaborate with the foreign manager to develop solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Take the initiative to identify issues in warehouse operations, report them promptly, and implement solutions. Approach work with a proactive attitude and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Workload and Resource Management: Analyze daily workloads, and manage the coordination of resources such as personnel, vehicles, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably with experience in managing finished product warehouses.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
