Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement content strategies for various social media platforms to support product launches, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.
  • Extensive expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram management.
  • Oversee both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Develop captivating posts, videos, and stories to enhance brand recognition, product visibility, and audience interaction.
  • Drive community growth by engaging actively with followers, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and promote effective product messaging.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends to ensure content is fresh, innovative, and platform-appropriate.
  • Write persuasive, targeted copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
  • Create compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost conversions and user engagement.
  • Produce copy for a range of formats, including posts, stories, advertisements, and videos.
  • Use social media analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights.
  • Keep track of SEO and user engagement to recommend content improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on social media content to enhance campaign results.
  • Present campaign performance data and key metrics to stakeholders, showcasing ROI and effectiveness.


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and video editing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a proven ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and A/B testing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
