Responsibilities 

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints

 - Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.

 -Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and transactions 

-Help in developing new insurance products 

-Ensure compliance with company policies and health insurance regulations

 -Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics 

 Competency 

Must have a First degree in Actuarial Science or Insurance.
