Job Summary:
Oasis Overseas, a leading international conglomerate based in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Procurement Head from India to lead our procurement team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Manage tender processes and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations
- Analyze market trends and optimize procurement costs
- Lead and mentor procurement team members
Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian Citizenship Needed
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field or Any graduate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in Ghana
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Africa or international settings or In India
- Knowledge of Ghanaian procurement regulations
