About the role
As a Private Shopping Assistant, you will be assisting the Private Client Manger with servicing the client, this might be during an appointment or making arrangements before or afterwards. You’ll be accountable for making all the arrangements of the appointment including; room booking, acting as a ‘runner’ for size swaps and alternatives and spotting additional needs of the client.

You will be a strong communicator, be able to create genuine long lasting relationships and also stay positive under pressure. A successful assistant is one that is resilient and can adapt to change throughout your working day, who will not shy away from any queries or tasks.
