JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on current and proposed policies, programs, and regulations.
- Evaluate the impact, feasibility, and effectiveness of existing policies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organization or target areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and build consensus on policy initiatives.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to support policy recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues relevant to the organization’s goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in policy analysis, research, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, or research platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes.
