JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop, maintain, and enhance the platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- API Development: Develop and document first-class APIs, setting standards for best practices across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, recommending improvements that enhance platform capabilities and the developer experience.
- Documentation: Author detailed documentation to support platform services and assist developers in effective implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in alignment with agile principles.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in Scrum processes, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and mentor team members to foster skill growth.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go, with experience in RESTful API development
· Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
· Knowledge of queuing and caching technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis)
· Solid understanding of SQL and database design, particularly with MySQL/MariaDB
· Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable application design
· Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality code
