Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with an engineering background to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a creative mindset, enabling them to assist in both personal and marketing-related tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by executives.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and company matters.
- Communication:
- Draft and manage correspondence, including emails and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Project Management:
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.
- Manage budgets and expense reports related to marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with engineering exposure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software.
