Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employer’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and general administrative duties.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Support in social media content creation, including filming, editing, and posting content.
  • Apply professional makeup when needed for photoshoots, events, or video recordings.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, including social media management, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other editing tools is a plus.
  • Skilled in makeup application with the ability to create different looks for various occasions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in beauty, media, or communications is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or content strategy.
