Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by executives.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and company matters.
- Communication:
- Draft and manage correspondence, including emails and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Project Management:
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.
- Manage budgets and expense reports related to marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with marketing exposure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
