Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
● At least 3 year’s experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
● Skills:
○ Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
○ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
○ Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
○ High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
○ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
○ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
○ Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours.
○ Familiarity with the brokerage or financial services industry (preferred).
