1. Personal Accounts:
Daily Journal: Recording monthly journal entries.
Banking: Responsible for bank payments, bank account openings, receipts, bank voucher entries, bank charges recon, banking relationship handling.
Expense Management: Track and monitor personal expenses, including bills, credit card payments, and loan management.
Tax Preparation: Prepare and manage personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
FD: Monitor FD rates, and manage FD interest journals, redeployment of FDs.
Investment Management: Track personal investment portfolios, dividends, and ensure timely payments.
Financial Reporting: Generate personal financial statements and monthly reports for review.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in Family accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and tax filing systems.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
