CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience with coordinating / managing employee relations cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
