Working Hours:6am-6pm,Mondays -Saturdays
The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations within an assigned area, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets. This role involves managing and coordinating a team of security personnel, conducting regular inspections, responding promptly to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of security guards, ensuring proper deployment and adherence to schedules.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for security personnel.
- Conduct regular briefings and debriefings to keep the team updated on operational requirements.
- Conduct routine and random patrols of the assigned area to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Inspect security posts and ensure all guards are performing their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of security equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies.
- Investigate and document incidents, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in security operations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of security equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
