Responsibilities:

  • Own relationships with influencers, podcasts and other key partnerships
  • Collaborate with the international marketing team to grow the partnerships program internationally
  • Own the influencer database ensuring information on how much we are spending, with whom, and when is always up-to-date
  • Own air check tracking for all campaigns
  • Identify new relationships with influencers and other partners by conducting extensive market, audience, and competitor research
  • Own the activation of each of these partners, including contracts, product shipping and activation, gathering key assets, and setting up landing pages and discount codes in internal systems
  • Support in the coordination of media and influencer events
  • Run data analysis, build dashboards and report on insights on an ongoing basis while helping improve our analytical capabilities

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing partnerships programs with influencers
  • High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, processing and converting data into actionable insights
  • Top-notch relationship development and management skills
  • Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
  • A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done and grow the business
  • Experience with partnerships management tools (e.g., Podscribe, Impact) is a plus
