Own relationships with influencers, podcasts and other key partnerships
Collaborate with the international marketing team to grow the partnerships program internationally
Own the influencer database ensuring information on how much we are spending, with whom, and when is always up-to-date
Own air check tracking for all campaigns
Identify new relationships with influencers and other partners by conducting extensive market, audience, and competitor research
Own the activation of each of these partners, including contracts, product shipping and activation, gathering key assets, and setting up landing pages and discount codes in internal systems
Support in the coordination of media and influencer events
Run data analysis, build dashboards and report on insights on an ongoing basis while helping improve our analytical capabilities
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience managing partnerships programs with influencers
High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective campaigns
Strong analytical skills, processing and converting data into actionable insights
Top-notch relationship development and management skills
Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done and grow the business
Experience with partnerships management tools (e.g., Podscribe, Impact) is a plus
