Responsibilities
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, as well as identifying and establishing relationships with potential new partners.
Serving as a primary point of contact for partners, effectively communicating the organization's goals, values, and collaboration opportunities.
Facilitating collaboration and partnership activities, including joint projects, events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating partnership agreements, contracts, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
Identifying potential partners through research, attending industry events networking, and reaching out to relevant organizations.
Developing and implementing partnership strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Tracking the progress and outcomes of partnership initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and impact.
Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, Tech, Client and services and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
Analyzing data and metrics related to partnerships to provide insights and make informed decisions for optimizing partnership outcomes.
Providing regular updates and reports to management on partnership activities, progress, and results.
Addressing challenges and conflicts that may arise in partnerships and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Organizing events, workshops, seminars, or webinars in collaboration with partners to promote the company's services.
Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance partnership processes, improve collaboration, and drive greater value for both Built and its partners.
Representing Built professionally and positively in external interactions and engagements with partners.
Ensuring that all partnership activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
