Job Description

· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand insurance distribution across institutions and platforms.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.

· Increase revenue from existing partners through cross-selling and enhanced engagement.

· Deliver impactful sales presentations to key stakeholders.

· Innovate and optimize digital, traditional, and alternative distribution channels to meet sales targets.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including relationship managers.

· Ensure the sales team is well-versed in Old Mutual’s products through regular training and updates.

· Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement improvements.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide necessary guidance to the team.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to drive growth.

· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.

· Enhance customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service.
