JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans and reports for clients.
- Conduct in-depth research on investment products, tax strategies, and financial solutions.
- Analyze client data to create tailored recommendations that align with their financial goals.
- Manage and update client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Support the implementation of financial strategies by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and industry developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial planning or a similar role (Paraplanning experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, DipFA) are an added advantage.
