Responsibilities:
- On-board and conduct On-The-Job training for new hires.
- Maintain and track training and certifications.
- Partner with Managers to identify and improve training gaps.
- Conduct line audits for process improvements.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Assist peers, engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel with projects as they arise.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with departments and internal stakeholders for on-going learning and development, employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Create a positive, engaging learning experience that holds our organization to high standards for performance and reinforces Axon’s core values.
- Identify the developmental needs of others and coach, mentor, or otherwise assist them to improve their knowledge and skills. Provide feedback to associates on their progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the manufacturing team, promote the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Provide support and guidance to operators during the integration of new automation systems into the manufacturing process to ensure smooth transition and optimal performance.
- Strictly adhere to company philosophy/mission statement/goals.
- Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with internal standards and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
• Institute for Printed Circuits Soldering Certification (IPC)
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Should wear common protective gear or safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and ESD Strap as required on occasion.
• Long periods of standing.
