Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Monitor and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with different departments to improve workflow and performance.
- Support procurement, logistics, and administrative functions as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor risk factors and propose solutions to mitigate operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on operational performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Resource and Asset Management:
- Ensure proper utilization of company resources and assets.
- Assist in budget planning and cost management efforts.
- Support vendor and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
