Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus.
