JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive all rental calls from customers.
- Communicate with sales team with customer orders.
- Create & return rental orders in ERP system as well as upload all documentation into computer system.
- Ship and receive all rental equipment daily.
- Procure and sell parts when needed.
- Assist with quoting customers.
- Assist with keeping track of daily equipment tracking spreadsheet.
- Assist with tracking all rental activity for weekly revenue sheet for P&L.
Make sure equipment has all certifications needed to meet customer requirements before shipping. After hour rental call which includes taking rental orders, dispatching technicians, parts sales, and shipping/receiving duties.
