Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison across departments to facilitate effective communication and operational alignment.
- Coordinate and organize regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and align on project goals.
- Support collaborative efforts on special projects, product launches, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop strategies to optimize operational processes, aiming for increased efficiency.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, promoting streamlined workflows for improved productivity.
- Implement and lead process improvement methodologies, ensuring workflows are well-documented and regularly updated.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, particularly in inventory accounting and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to align resource allocation with project schedules.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as equipment and materials, to meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect project quality or deadlines.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory and distribution activities.
- Monitor the supply chain to address potential disruptions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure on-time delivery of critical goods and services to meet project needs.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure operational systems align with organizational objectives.
- Support the integration and adoption of new technologies and software that enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records within management systems, ensuring data integrity.


 Skills & Personal Attributes

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5-8 years in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with operational software tools and data analysis capabilities.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret financial and operational data and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders, including staff, management, project teams, and vendors.
