This Job Offers You
a guaranteed schedule of 37.5 hours per week;
hybrid model day job, 3 days a week in the office
an open environment with recent technological tools.
Your Tasks
Carry out research and accomplish the tasks assigned to him.
Maintain documentation necessary for daily activities.
Carry out simple to moderately complex research and respond to customer requests.
Oversee the daily production of exception reports and make necessary corrections (or assign the task).
Update procedural documentation.
Work under general supervision and in compliance with established procedures that govern his tasks.

Qualifications
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, an asset.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Speed of learning. Pronounced analytical skills.
Bilingual (French and English)
Good or superior performance rating obtained consistently (Fairstone Financial employees)
