Job summary: We are currently seeking an Operations assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and assisting with day-to-day operations. The operations assistant will help ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. 

• Responsibilities
 -Assist with daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
 -Assist the Operations Manager in handling Group and Retail operations with regard to underwriting and claims.
 -Maintain records of all business activities and customer data.
 -Collaborate with the other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
 -Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
 -Assist with the management of partner relationships with Insurance companies.
 -Provide support to the Operations Manager as needed.


 • Competency 
Must have a First degree in Actuarial Science or Insurance.
