JOB DESCRIPTION 


For this role, you’ll need to have:

·        Excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to create and maintain databases 

·        Experience of and ability to support the planning and organisation of activities and events, taking responsibility for all logistics and co-ordinating activity  

·        Demonstrable ability to apply policy and procedure when arranging activities.  

·        Experience of minute taking, diary and meeting management

·        Experience of updating websites

·        Experience of managing multiple mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and escalation where necessary
