About You!

Develop engaging blog posts, articles, case studies, social media content, and email campaigns tailored to IT recruitment and HR solutions.

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, optimize content for keywords, and track performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts on LinkedIn, Wordpress, Tik Tok, Facebook, and other platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads, attract clients, and engage potential IT candidates.
  • Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, website traffic, and lead conversions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand by showcasing success stories, employee testimonials, and industry insights through various online channels.


Your Tool Kit

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Background in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track and optimize content performance.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Ability to develop innovative content ideas and marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and target audience engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
