Roles

  • Life Edge Nigeria is hiring for the Office Administrator role.
  • The ideal candidate will be a young, intelligent, creative person with previous clerical or administrative experience who lives in the Ojodu-Berger area.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to the client’s requisition.
  • Update students’ information.
  • Search information online.
  • Attend to emails.
  • Create or generate reports and prepare memos as required.
  • Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction including assisting to collate feedback for assessing same when needed.
  • Promote the company’s brand philosophy while discharging your responsibilities.
  • Interpreting complex guidelines/procedures accurately.
  • Carry out other duties as may be applied from time to time.

Requirements

  • Must possess an HND/BSC degree.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS suites.
  • Warm and friendly disposition.
  • Ability to effectively manage stress and deal with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to paperwork, processes, and the application of policies and procedures.



Salary

5,000 - 100,000 GHS
