Key Responsibilities

Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff 

Manage the office area, including welcoming customers and guests 

Meeting organisation (including booking, agendas, preparatory items and taking minutes) 

Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events

Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages 

Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance 

Performing data entry roles 

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations 

Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events 

Booking travel and accommodation 

Diary management for executives. 

Ensuring management reports are filed in a timely manner 

Ensuring projects are kept on track by issuing reminders/tasks to relevant staff 

Ad hoc tasks as requested


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Meticulous attention to detail 

Highly organised and self-motivated 

Ability to prioritise workload 

Confidentiality and discretion 

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications 

Ability to work alone and as part of a team
