Nutrition Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nutrition strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest nutrition trends, research, and regulations to ensure that the company's products meet or exceed nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that nutrition is integrated into all aspects of product development and marketing.
• Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on nutrition-related issues, including product labeling, claims, and messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and nutrition experts.
• Manage and lead a team of nutrition professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements

Technical & Behavorial Competencies

• At least a Bachelor's degree in nutrition, food science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in nutrition-related roles in the food industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of nutrition science, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex nutrition concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of nutrition professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
