Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and approach prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Market Research and Strategy:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to target specific markets or demographics.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs.
  4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
    • Stay updated on product or service offerings, features, and benefits.
    • Promote products or services through exhibitions, events, or promotional campaigns.
    • Train clients or end-users on the effective use of products where necessary.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall organizational sales goals.
    • Share insights and strategies with team members to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
