MS Dynamics Business Central (ERP) Analyst (EN+FR)
Role Description
Business Systems Analysts serve as the crucial link between IT and business stakeholders.
They ensure that:
Business needs are thoroughly analysed, documented, and communicated.
Business requirements are translated into functional specifications, conducting also business process analysis to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions.
Business Systems (new and changed) are thoroughly tested before they are deployed in our Live environment, both internally within IT and through users’ acceptance tests.
Users are supported in performing the portion of their roles that requires the use of our Business Systems (training, issues resolution etc).
Business Systems Analysts also support, actively participate in or even drive project management activities (depending on the systems and projects).
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
Gather and analyse business requirements including comprehensive business process analysis.
Create complete, detailed, well-structured and clear functional specifications.
Organise, Supervise and Perform testing to ensure no or minimal and minor production issues.
Train users.
Support timely projects delivery.
Manage and handle prompt resolution of support tickets to completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, is required
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities; certifications like CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or Lean Six Sigma are valued.
Proficiency in defining Business Requirements

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Having worked in an FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution environment is a plus.
