What you’ll do
• as a certified mobile funeral arranger, you’ll provide expert guidance and advice to help clients plan the perfect service and support with family visits
• travel to meet clients and build relationships across your community
• support with manual handling of coffins and the deceased
This role would suit people who have
• a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• a passion for delivering great service and building relationships plus would feel comfortable working on their own; both travelling to client meetings, and holding fort within branches where necessary
• excellent communication and admin skills plus strong attention to detail to make sure regulatory policies and processes are always adhered to
• high levels of empathy, discretion and care
