We are seeking a proficient Flutter Developer who can rapidly deploy mobile applications on both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong ability to dive into existing codebases, stabilize apps with multiple integrations, and develop new features with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
● Quickly understand and work within an existing Flutter codebase to ensure app stability and performance.
● Deploy mobile applications efficiently on Android and iOS platforms.
● Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues in the current app, ensuring a smooth user experience.
● Develop and integrate new features to enhance the cross-platform application.
● Work with multiple APIs and third-party integrations to ensure seamless functionality across systems.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other team members to define and implement new features and improvements.
● Stay updated on the latest developments in mobile development, Flutter framework, and cross-platform tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
● Proficient in Flutter with a proven track record of launching apps on both Android and iOS.
● Experience working with large, complex codebases and debugging issues effectively.
● Familiarity with native Android and iOS functionalities and APIs.
● Ability to manage multiple integrations and API connections within the app.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● 3+ years of mobile development experience with a focus on cross-platform solutions.
● Experience writing unit and functional tests to ensure app reliability.
● A strong portfolio of released apps on App Store and Google Play.

● Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
● Experience working with state management libraries like Bloc or Redux.
