Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS) – SAP.
Maintain data integrity, security, and backup procedures.
Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
Configure and maintain WMS Hygiene into information Excel formats in line with SAP, user access, and security.
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Provide training and support to warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices.
Ensure users are proficient in using the system to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in MIS or a related field, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in WMS software, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Certification in WMS warehousing or supply chain management.
