JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the health of pregnant women and their babies.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and aftercare.
• Provide emotional support to women and families.
• Educate on childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
• Offer advice on family planning and postpartum care.
• Keep accurate health records.
• Work alongside doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified and licensed Midwife.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledgeable about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
