You will be a part of a team focused on sustaining and improving our one of a kind CO2 equipment that will move us towards our goal of pulling 1 Billon tons of CO2 by 2035.
You will partner with other mechanical design engineers to take over products as they reach maturity, and support them through end-of-life. In this sustaining role, you will focus on design/process changes, continuous improvements, and resolving performance issues.
You will drive innovation through continuous improvements to unlock the full potential of carbonation and regeneration systems.
Partnering with the Maintenance and Operations teams to tackle challenges, streamline processes, and ensure seamless equipment performance.
Additionally, you will engineer cutting-edge tools, parts, and systems to elevate efficiency and push the boundaries of operational excellence.Your work has the potential to directly shape our fight against climate change
You are a great hands-on engineer that has expertise in mechanical engineering, hardware design, and have taken ownership of hardware projects from production ramp through the end-of-life.
You bring expertise with Industrial equipment such as sizing, valves, actuators, servomotors, and sensors, paired with a strong ability to commission and troubleshoot complex systems.
Skilled in electrical systems, including DC and low-voltage AC circuits, with a knack for wiring solutions such as motors, sensors, and heat traces Experienced in pneumatic systems and backed by knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to drive process improvements.
Comfortable in both the field and the workshop, seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenges.
You are passionate about optimizing performance and delivering innovative, reliable solutions in dynamic environments.
Having a strong aptitude for learning systems quickly and strong interpersonal skills, your collaboration skills are exceptional.
You understand the importance of technical rigor and processes to scale and support our carbon capture technology at optimal conditions to efficiently capture CO2 and bring it to life!
