Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance our brand presence in the market. This role involves market research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the implementation of marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define product specifications and features based on market insights.
- Develop and manage branding strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and trade shows.
- Generate promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and product data sheets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels.
- Identify, nurture, and convert leads through various marketing efforts.
- Provide sales teams with necessary tools and training to support their efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, content marketing, social media).
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
