Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives.
- Create, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to improve future strategies.
- Provide insights to management on market opportunities and threats.
Brand Management & Promotion
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop content for promotional materials, advertisements, and social media.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage online presence, including social media platforms and company websites.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts such as SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and external partners for brand promotion.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors to produce marketing materials.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
