Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  3. Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign success.

Brand Management & Awareness:

  1. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
  2. Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
  3. Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with company objectives.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  1. Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance digital presence.
  3. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.
  2. Develop customer loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
  3. Gather customer feedback and implement improvements in marketing efforts.

Budgeting & Performance Analysis:

  1. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  2. Analyze data and performance reports to measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  1. Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve business goals.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  3. Establish partnerships with agencies, media houses, and influencers to expand marketing reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
